During my recent city trip to Rotorua, I had the pleasure of staying at Newina Rotorua, which exceeded all expectations. The spacious double room featured a fully equipped kitchenette-ideal for our meal prep after exploring the stunning hiking trails nearby-along with a large, cozy king-sized bed that felt like a tropical escape. The property was pristine, with soundproof walls and a private courtyard, perfect for unwinding with a view of the beautiful gardens. While the outdoor swimming pool and sauna were inviting, the highlight was definitely the extremely friendly staff, who were brimming with recommendations and local expertise. I found the location convenient as it was easily accessible to the center, allowing us to easily venture out for sightseeing while still enjoying a peaceful retreat at the hotel. This gem is perfect for anyone looking for an affordable yet luxurious stay, combining comfort, cleanliness, and top-notch amenities-truly a delightful experience reminiscent of my island vibes back home in the Bahamas!
